Abstract
The problem of the increasing number of unemployed has prompted the government to overcome the problem by forming Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation (Job Creation Law). According to Minister / Head of the National Planning and Development Agency (Bappenas) Suharso Monoarfa, currently the number of unemployed people in Indonesia has increased by around 3.7 million people due to the COVID-19 pandemic. With
this addition, the potential number of unemployed people in Indonesia could be 10.58 million people. The problem of the increasing number of unemployed people has prompted the government to overcome the problem by forming Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation (Job Creation Law). According to Minister / Head of the National Planning and Development Agency (Bappenas) Suharso Monoarfa, currently the number of unemployed people in Indonesia has increased by around 3.7 million people due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
